A nice place -physically and emotionally- where Venezuelans share cool moments is usually called an Apartaco. This was selected as the name of the second restaurant opened by Leonardo Araujo, a Venezuelan chef that emigrated a decade ago an sucesfully opened La Cuchara Restaurant. Apartaco is aiming to be an upgrade to the traditional Venezuelan food, giving the Spaniards living in Madrid a new approach to an amazing kitchen resulting from the mix of many cultures.
